How to Start a Return or Exchange
We’re here to make returns and exchanges as easy as possible.

Your order number
- The reason for an exchange/refund request
- Images of the issues/defects/wrong orders etc.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return or exchange:

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

All tags must be attached

Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery
We do not offer refunds for change of mind.
Items returned after 30 days may be eligible for store credit only.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on:

Sale items
-
Socks or underwear
-
Worn headwear
We cannot accept items that show signs of wear, including:

Makeup or deodorant marks

Odours or pet hair

Stretching or washing
Faulty Items
If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us before returning.
Items must be returned for inspection before a resolution is provided.
Refunds
Refunds processed promptly after approval. Please allow additional time for processing due to shipping times and internal handling, as we are a small independently run business. Thanks for your support.
