We offer shipping within Australia and internationally. All orders are processed promptly and dispatched as quickly as possible.

Australia Shipping

  • Standard Shipping: $11

  • Express Shipping: $15

  • Free Shipping: Available on all Australian orders over $149

Delivery timeframes will vary depending on your location and selected shipping method.

International Shipping

  • Flat Rate: $35 AUD (standard shipping only)

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Exchanges & Returns Shipping

  • For exchanges or change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.

Faulty or Defective Items

If you believe your item is faulty or defective, please contact us before returning your item.

  • Customers are required to return the item for inspection.

  • If the item is confirmed to be faulty, we will arrange a suitable resolution.

Shipping Delays

While we aim to deliver within estimated timeframes, Tee Game is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or external factors outside of our control.

Once your order has been dispatched and is in transit with the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery lies with the carrier.

If your parcel is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but cannot be located, we recommend contacting the shipping provider directly to lodge an enquiry using your tracking details.

While we will always do our best to assist where possible, Tee Game is not responsible for parcels once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier.
